Recording time

I have am ready to burn a dvd in MyDVD from video edited
in MovieMaker. However, it is "over" the allowed size
for MyDVD. Now on the back of my DVD case it lists
several different recording modes (HQ-high quality 60
minutes, SP-standard play 120 minutes, etc.) Cant I
simply change the recording mode and be able to burn this
amount of data in a mode with a longer recording time? I
couldn't find anywhere to change this in MyDVD.
 
MyDVD always converts videos using the BEST setting, which means you can
only fit about 60 minutes on a 4.7GB DVD.
