I've recorded narration on my ppt slides. However, when I run the show, it
wants to automatically advance to the next slide when the narration is done.
I want the viewer to be able to control when to advance to the next slide.
Does anyone know how to disable the automatic slide advance when narration is
recorded.

Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

Hi Susan

You can find this setting in the transition task pane in 2003: slide show ->
slide transition -> untick 'advance slide automatically after' -> click
'apply to all'. In 2007 it is on the animation tab way over on the right
hand side.

No problem :-)

Thanks for letting us know - it is appreciated.

Thanks for your reply Lucy. I actually knew that that is what I needed to
do,
but for some reason, the whole slide transition section under slide sorter
view was grayed out so I thought that I was stuck with it. But when I
went
back, it was all accessible. So I am good now. Thanks again.
