The Program of Writing of CD of Windows XP does not function, the Imapi
service is initiated and automatic, but it does not function?

Is there 3rd party CD burning software installed? Some such software
disables XP's CD writing ability.

Yes, I have the Nero. I wanted to know if 3rd Party Software is Software
of Writing.

3rd party software just means software by someone other than the inbuilt
burning software in XP. 3rd party CD burning software is software by some
company other than MS that does CD burning. In your case the answer is yes,
you have NERO, although the latest versions of Nero should not disable XP's
burning capabilities.

Sorry I don't have a solution for you.
