Recording board

When I ckeck my system it says, everything is ok,
but when I go to sound and audio devices. In the
recording part it want let me take the check mark
out of microphone and the sliders or grayed. I
went to device manger and it say that, everything
is working. Did a AIDA32 and this is what it had.
Out of this I do not know what kind of sound card I
need. Please Help

You don't actually have a separate soundcard, you have a soundchip onboard
the motherboard using AC97 chipset. You should be abe to download the
drivers from the website of the motherboard manufacturer or failing that,
the PC manufacturer.
