Hi, I've finally managed to convert cassette to cd but
when I play back, there is a hissing sound. I heard of
dubbing, how do I get dubbing? I have musicmatch jukebox
plus, will it be in there or in the computer sound? How
can I get rid of this hissing sound? Someone please help
as I am at the final stage after spending weeks finally
working out where the cable goes(Ican't believe how simple
that turned out to be!.

You have tape hiss. There exists several software packages which enable you
to filter this out. Goldwave, for example, lets you do this. Its not free
but a small price.

You could try searching on Google for a free wave editor - it may have such
a filter built into it. I'm not too up on MMJB, see if it has any tape hiss
filters in it.

Cheers,
Jerry
