record slection from a database

For example... I'd like to have a user be able to select 1 record out of let
say 4 from a database returned form on a webpage and then have it go to
another page displaying their choice.

Scenario, I want to display 4 rock band dates (i know how to do this) and
the user must choose one band by selecting "Buy Tickets". Then the user is
directed to another page summarizing their order. On this page the will click
"order" and an email is sent to the administrator.

How do I make the "buy tickets" link work please?
