Record Display Question

Hi,

I've recently inherited a couple of Access databases from another developer.
There is one report and one form that DO NOT display the same information as
the underlying query. The Report excludes a group of records, while showing
everything else. The form only allows users to enter a new record, even
though the underlying query displays ALL records from that table. Of course,
I now need to edit these objects, but I can't figure out why the displayed
recordsets are limited.

I've looked at the Form/Report Properties - Filters, and neither has filters
defined. I've also looked at the buttons which open the Objects and Events
associated with the Objects, neither has any code selecting specific records
(like goto newrecord). Does anybody have any idea what else could be
limiting the records displayed in the objects?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi, Jeremy.

Can't speak to the report issue, but the form probably has the DataEntry
property set to Yes.
