Our terminal server users are unable to reconnect to a
disconnected session, but rather a new session is created
when they connect again. We have an NT domain so I cannot
set the reconnect option under the users active directory
account. If I set up a local user on the Terminal Server
and set the reconnect option there users can then
reconnect. I do not want to have to add all our Terminal
Server Users as Local Users. If I go into the Terminal
Services Configuration and go to the properties of the RDP
connection, under the sessions tab I have the option to
override user settings for reconnect. However the check
box is greyed out and I cannot select it. I think this
would work if I could figure out why it’s grayed out?
Thanks for all replies
