I have a W2K server which was originally setup as a standalone server with
its own domain. Now I need to make it a part of the company network using
the company domain. Do I need to reinstall W2K? If not, can I just change
the domain?

If this "standalone server with its own domain" means that the server is a
domain controller, then you must run dcpromo.exe to remove Active Directory.
Then you can join the domain.

If the machine is not a domain controller, then you can simply join the new
domain on the Network Identification tab - Properties button in My Computer
properties. You do not have to reinstall Windows in either case.
