Recommends for video capture card..

HI,

I have a Dell 4600 MCE machine and need a video capture
card for capturing home movies from my Hi8 camcorder. I'm
looking for recommendations for a modest card that just
does the basics but is good quality.

I have a Dell 4550 machine and installed a Compro TV card
now hooked up to cable and an FM antenna. Used the
external sound wire that came with. Will capture VHS
and other input. Card is $60 at Compro. Works fine
with the Nvidia card in the Dell. Haven't tried the
capture set up yet. Other progs will take the video
from cable tho. There are other cards about the same
price range that are also good. Check the Anandtech
hot deals forum. - Chuck
