Recommended MS downloads

I just loaded Office 2007 on my computer. Which service packs and other
downloads from Microsoft do you recommend. I know sometimes it's not always
a good idea to download all the updates. I am running on nasty VISTA.

Thanks for any input.

Honestly, I would allow the Windows update site to install all of them.

Quite so. I've had no problems whatever with Office 2007 updates on Vista.
