Recommended Actions Problems

Installed the anti spyware program, ran the scan and found 58 items, 2 mem
detections, 321 file detections, and 2197 registry detections. Then the
software says it is determining the best action to take, locks up, and never
displays the recommended actions. Anyone have any suggestions???

You need to break the puzzle up a bit, I think--try some other cleaning
options:

Lavasoft's ad-aware, Safernetworking.org's Spybot Search & Destroy. Get
these and do some cleaning with them. They may choke too. It may help,
with any of the three products, to do the work in safe mode--less malware
will be active in that mode.

I can see that, but just telling us that doesn't help solve your problem,
