----
Very simple drive. Unscrew, slide off cover, connect IDE & power, slip
drive into bay, replace covers. Connect AC & USB/FW cable.
----
Instant auto-detect in OS. No drivers needed.
----
Small, sleek enclosure - one of the best I've seen for a 3.5". Aluminum
body draws away sufficent heat to keep the drive within operating
temperatures during use. No problems about overheating in use in the
vertical stand included.
~7.5 GB copies in about 7-8 minutes flat over FW.
----
Can't say anything bad about this drive except the drive light can only
be seen on one side of the drive, not from the other, and it's on the
rear & side near the back. Otherwise, very nice! Doesn't kill drives
(like those terrible ME-720 plastic enclosures that just trap hot air
and kill HDs). Super-fast install, light weight, looks great, low price
for dual connector.
Highly recommended!
