I am looking for as complete of protection as possible for my home PC &
Laptop. If possible I would like to have a suite that has it all to avoid
any possible conflicts. I've been looking at Symantec Internet Security and
McAfee's comparable program. I am leaning towards McAfee only because it
seems to have the anti-spyware programs as well. Any recommendations? Also
where does the firewall from XP SP2 fit into this equation if at all?

Thanks for your understanding... Bob

Nod32 for AV, Avast if money is an issue.
Sygate for a firewall.
Turn off Windows Firewall after you install a good firewall.
Spybot 1.3
AdAware
Spyware Blaster
Firefox for a browser.
Thunderbird for e-mail.
I have links to all on my site.
