Recommendation needed for video card

I am building a new system.

My video card will have the following requirements:

8x AGP
Good 3D - prefer NVIDIA GeForce or something like that
Dual-monitor a MUST.

Any recommendations?

I definitely want a good warranty but not if it makes the card too
much more expensive. Needs to have a heatsync and fan if possible.

Unless you need the newest, a Ti4200 128meg is a good price point right
now.
 
Get a mid-range to high-end GeForce FX card with 256MB memory if you can
afford it. Make sure it has a DVI port for a 2nd monitor.
 
Asylum GeForce FX 5200 w/256Mb DDR at CompUsa for $100 after rebates.

Why? There are dozens of places online to get FX5200 256MB for under
$100 delivered with no rebates.
