Got a few recommendations on an antivirus program, adopted NOD32 and works
beautifully.

Now, anyone got a recommendation for a good anti-trojan program?

Trojanhunter. I've got Nod32 and Trojanhunter running side by side.

Actually, it might be a good idea to test out the scanners you're
interested in alongside your main AV-product. Just to make sure you're
setup is not screwed by them.

Remember to backup, and use a program like "Total Uninstall" to keep
track of the changes the av- or trojan-proggies make and to ensure
complete removal after the trial.
