Recommend a book for Internetworking

Pedestrian Ooi

I've been using Internet for years but don't actually know much about it.
I'm keen to learn about the how Internet works under Windows OS such as what
is the purpose of port, IP & IP address, how p2p works, etc...

Hence, please recommend a book or two or other resources... I'm looking for
sth not just theory, but practical and applicable...

networking world
