I have taken a look here http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/share.htm (thanks
Milly) for a hosted Exchange service, and there seems to be a plethora. Can
anyone recomend one of them, based on experience? I am looking for a
solution for a small (5 seat) Not for Profit that could really benifit from
shared calendering and scheduled resources.
Any recommendations, comments etc, would be greatly appreciated.

Best,
Gordon

Hi again!

Being a small shop, have you taken a look at the Microsoft Small Business
Server Standard? It comes with 5 CALs (client access licenses), Exchange
and SharePoint Services. Take a look here:

I have, but there are two issues. One, they barely have budget for using an
old machine as a 'server' on a small peer to peer network, and two, they
have no one with time or knowledge to manage Exchange. Being a not for
profit really makes it difficult. My hope is to show that there is value for
them in IT, and push for a dedicated server, SBS and a support relationship
with a good SBS consultant, maybe in next year's budget. Hopefully I can get
them set up with a gooed Exchange experience.
Thus the hope for some good recomendations.
Anyone?

Best,
Gordon
