reciving fax

i use fax service for windows pro. xp
i can send fax very easy

but when somebody send to me fax my computer knew the sender but cant recive
the fax then after 1 menute it veiw me message said : some thing ronge happen
and some time it said : ronge protocol

i knew how can i solving this problem by install dsl speletor !
