Recipients receiving 2 copies of same message

I got complaints from recipients about them receiving 2 copies of same
messages from me. I do not know why this happens. But everytime I send out
an email there's an error message saying "Task pop.example.com-sending"
repeated error (ox80040109): The operation can not be performed because the
message has been changed".
Does anyone know how to fix this problem? I've tried to increase the SERVER
TIMEOUTS but it doesn't help.
