Assuming I key in a new contact in Windows Contacts, Last Name = Johnson and
First Name = Ben and the setting in Window Contacts is to display the name as
"Ben Johnson".

In Windows Mail, when I click "To" to select recipients, the name is always
display as "Johnson, Ben". I realised that regardless of your setting in
Windows Contacts (either "Ben Johnson", "Johnson Ben" or "Johnson, Ben"), the
name displayed in Windows Mail is always "Johnson, Ben".

Anyway to overcome this problem?

If you click on the Name column header, it cycles
among various name order formats. Not sure how 'sticky'
this selection is.
