I do not want to show my e-mail recipients e-mail address on the To: line in
the header. I want to show only the name, not the name plus e-mail address.
Is this possible? I am using Windows Mail.

I am wondering the exact same thing with my Windows Mail--I only want to
display the contact's name in header when I create my email--but instead
the entire email address is inserted anyway along with the contact name.
Any solution?

No. It was requested that the full address be displayed as well as the name
because the name is very often obscure or faked.

Perhaps in a future version they can make this an option.

Put all the contacts in the "Bcc", (Blind copy). The only thing that shows on
the message is something like: Undisclosed Recipients <undisclosed
recipients>. I got into the habit of this several years ago whenever I send a
message to more than one person.
