I'm trying to send a fax to a large number of recipients. I have a word
document open, selecting print, fax and selecting the recipients from my
Outlook Contact list. They all have Fax Numbers in their profiles. This had
been working fine with all selected recipients appearing in the fax consoles
outbox, then after completing they faxes all show in the sent box.
Now all of a sudden, the behavior has become very sporadic. I will choose
all 200 recipients and sometimes it will only have 15 items show up in the
fax console, sometimes 30, sometimes all of them. I have tried adding the
Fax Transport and sending an email as an attachment to the recipients. The
same behavior occurs. I have also tried using wordpad to send a test
document/fax and the same behavior occurs.
I have uninstalled office and reinstalled. I have uninstalled fax console
and reinstalled. I have made sure that all the updates are installed for
windows xp and office.
Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance...
