recipient udate policy not being updated

Hi all
I have a single domain two DCs environment having exchange
2k on ADC. After restoring a system state on my ADC,
exchange is not allowing me to create new mail enabled
users, in the event log the events which are freequent
are Id 16650,2035 etc which suggest that there are some
problems in replication and recipient update policy.
How can this be rectified.

Look at this two links for Your Event id's:

If this problem occured after the system state recovery maybe some DLL's
or registry entry was not correctly restored.
