Recipents not receiving e mails

I am sending e-mails and they leave the out box and show they are sent.
However my recipients are not receiving the emails. I have had outlook for 7
years and never experianced this problem.

I have deleted and reset the e mail accounts, but still the same. seeing I
have been using the same accounts for years, I am not sure why this has
become a problem.

Any ideas?
 
Do you have a virus scanner installed which integrates itself with Outlook?
Uninstall this integration part of your virus scanner and try again; you'd
still be sufficiently protected by your on-access scanner part of the virus
