I have a group of users. using outlook XP/outlook 2003 the 2 users on
exchange using outlook 2003 don't recieve calander appt. invitations
correctly. (no except/regect) it comes across as a text file with what
looks like code. if you scroll through the message you can make out the
appt. but it is definatly not working as intended. this particular group
uses this feature quite alot and of course the 2 people being affected are
the directors of the group.

i have sent tests to all the users using the same paramiters. using word
sending as HTML have tried adjusting the contact as send rich text. nothing
seems to help.

don't have capacity to move them all to exchange and everybody else is using
pop mail. (did i mention that?) my directors need exchange to work in sync
with their Blackberries. (mail forwarding)

any help would be appreciated

Ensure that all senders are forcing Rich Text - right click the addressees
and select Outlook Properties. Under the dropdown - force Outlook Rich Text
Format.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After furious head scratching, thobert asked:
