I have 7 different e-mail accounts with WM but all incoming mail goes to the
same incoming box (local folders) am I to understand that is how WM works.I
have tried everything and nothing works to solve this issue

That is how email works, but you can add new folders, name them, and create
message rules that will sort your incoming mail ny way you would like.

For example, you can ave all mail from account1 sent to a folder you made
named account1 or my stuff, or you can set it up to send mail from certain
people to a folde you call work.

By adding ersonalized folders and customized rules, you can get Windows Mail
to sort your messages many different ways.

In the Help, look for: "Organize e‑mail using rules and folders"

That is how WinMail works.
I make new folders and make message rules like this:

Apply this rule after the message arrives
Where the message is from the mail.fjsmjs.com account
Move it to the fjsmjs folder
and Stop processing more rules

At Tools | Message Rules.
