recieving duplicate e-mail in Outlook 2002

HI!

I am recieving duplicate e-mail in my Outlook 2002 inbox.
Please help me in resplving this issue.

Do you have a decent Internet connection? This usually happens when there
is a large email sitting on your mail server. While the email is
transferring, your connection gets interrupted or timed-out which results in
the server not recording that you downloaded some of your email.
