Good Day

I have a problem when i recieve email from any people, it shows that it has
been sent a few days ago and at a different time, when i send email to a
recipient the correct date and time will appear on thier computer, i have
checked the date and time and timezone on my computer and it is all 100%
correct and it cannot be a problem on our mail server because other users do
not have this problem. It was doing this a few days ago and i noticed that
the date and time was incorrect so i corrected it and it still saying
recieved a few days ago, can anyone please help me with this?

Thanks in advance

Assuming the date, time, and time zone settings on your end are correct and
that all machines on your end have to appropriate Daylight Savings Time
patches installed (cf. http://support.microsoft.com/gp/cp_dst), you have no
control over the time-stamp in an incoming message.

The fact that your (outgoing) messages are received with the proper
time-stamp is moot here.

When I got a new 'puter system, I had the same problem. Called tech support
but they showed the correct time & date. He couldn't figure it out - I DID
just as you did. Have you asked your senders to check their's ??? Many people
don't know to check the settings. Hope this helps.
