Recently Used File List Option Grayed Out (TweakUI XP Conflict?)

I would like to display the last five files opened, but
the option is grayed out. I think it may be in conflict
with some option selected in TweakUI XP.

Got it in one. The paranoia setting for the MRU list on the Windows Start
menu also affects the MRU list in Word.
