Hello all,
Running Outlook 2003/Exchange 2003.
A user has once opened the inbox of one of his colleague (he had
permissions) via File, Open, Other user's folder.
Now, his colleague has been transferred to another department, and he
does not have the permissions to access his inbox anymore. But when
you go to File, Open, it appears in the "recent" list (the last 10
mailboxes/folders he has accessed). As this is the only entry, it is
_bothering_ him.
I tried to remove the .nk2 file, it did not help. I ran through the
registry, I do not find the entry. I tried to use the delete key on
the colleague's folder name (as you would do with the address
autocompletion), no luck.
If the colleague's mailbox does not exist anymore in the Global
Address List, then, by clicking on its name, the entry will be deleted
as well. But the colleague is still here
I have created another Outlook profile (for me), and when I start
Outlook with this second profile, I do not see this "recently opened
folders", so this is profile-related. I can recreate another profile,
but... this would be the last solution !
Any suggestion ?
Thanks !
Regards,
Luuke
