I have two computers in my house, one for the whole family and one for just
me. The family computer has a Recent Documents folder in it. At first
Ithought mine didn't, but today I found that folder when searching for a
downloaded file. I can't, however, access it any way except when looking for
some sort of downloaded file. The family computer has it in the start menu,
but mine doesn't. Is there a way to find it and put it in a more accessible
place?

Right click on the Taskbar and select Propeties from the menu.
Click on the Start Menu tab.
Click on the Customize button.
Click on the Advanced tab.
Make sure there's a check mark in the box next to "List my most
recently opened documents."
Hit OK twice.
