Recent Document`s

I know this will be an easy one for someone but Ive run
window`s 98 for year`s and know have xp how do I erase
the document`s that I look at in Recent document`s
instead of Having to do them all one by one..
Sorry can any one help I know on w 98 you could do it
through the taskbar and start menu but I cant seem to
find it on xp.

Hi del
right click on your taskbar>
go to properties>
click start menu tab>
click customize button>
click advanced tab>
click clear list.....
if you dont want this to show
unclick the check mark next to (list my recently opened
documents).......Richard

Start > Control Panel > Appearance and Themes > Taskbar and Start Menu >
Start Menu Tab > Customise > Advanced Tab > Clear List

Right click taskbar - properties - start menu - customize - advanced - clear
list - ok

If you are using the Classic style, the Clear button is below Advanced
button.
