Hello~

I have a timesheet database that I use (created by a contractor my company
no longer uses) and there is one report that I can't open. It's odd, because
I can open every other report. I am running XP with Access 2002. Access
isn't something I am strong in when it comes to programming. How can I get
this particular report to act as the others do... by opening.

Is there any rhyme or reason for all reports to open but one?

Thank you!

Do you have the source for this database? If you don't know that, what is
the file extension on the database file (.MDE and .MDB are two likely
extensions)?

How do you go about _trying_ to open the report? Click on a "button", click
on the Report in the Report tab of the database window, or something else?
Does anyone else use this same software? Can they open all the reports, or
do they have the same problem?

There are a number of possibilities, but all having the same characteristic:
there is something different about this Report, or the code that opens it.
Just what is different is the question you are trying to answer. (And, we
may or may not be able to answer that question, depending on what you have
and the answers you can provide.)

There's certainly no quick answer such as "Oh, you have run into the
"Lily-Mel Phenomenon" where users of that name can open all but one of the
reports in a database." <GRIN>
