Receiving Reminders for Folders not in Primary Mail Store

Is there any method to allow Outlook to popup followup reminders for
folders in a PST folder - not in the primary Mail Store? When I move
messages (flagged for followup) from my Inbox to a PST folder, I no
longer receive the popup reminders. I am using Outlook XP.
