it through. Can anyone please help??

Could you post more info like Outlook version, mail service being used
(Exchange, POP3, IMAP, HTTP, other...) and the steps you took already to try
to resolve the problem.

I have written an email client recently, and I can tell
you that POP3 servers don't always respond correctly
(according to the RFC's 822 & 1725). Some of the bugs are
around the required line terminator of CRLF. Sometimes,
one message is bad, but it delivers ok, but you can't get
the next one. You might can figure out what is happening
by using telnet to connect directly to your POP3 server
(see MS KB article #196748). However, the article is
written for the old (better) version of telnet. If you
use telnet of Windows 2000/XP, you may want to type SET
LOCAL_ECHO before connecting to your POP3 server so you
can actually see the text you type.
