Receiving mail

For the last couple of weeks, my Outlook hasn't been working. So I finally
installed Office 2003 and haven't been able to receive any mail, but I can
send out mail. When I press F9 or sent/receive all, the progress window pops
up as well as a "Enter Network Password" window. The correct password is in
the box so when I press "OK", but that window just keeps popping up. How do I
make it stop? And why can't I receive my mail? Thank you!
 
Make sure the user name is first part of email adress you might get the
prompt even if the user name is incorrect.If that doesn't work then check
the webmail to make sure the password is correct.
