Hi, Jason.
Windows Mail sets a limit of 300 NEWSGROUP headers - by default - but allows
us to change that limit (up to 1000) or remove it entirely (Tool | Options |
Read menu) - just like in OE.
But, so far as I know, there is no limit to the number of EMAILS downloaded,
at a single session or otherwise. The only practical limit is the space
available on the hard disk where the WM Message Store is kept.
Are you sure the limit is not imposed by your email server, rather than by
Windows Mail? Your message was posted using the web-based interface, not
Windows Mail. Perhaps there is a limit imposed by that interface, but I
never use that so I don't know that answer.
