If you are hosted on a Windows IIS web server with the FP2002 extensions and your web host allows,
you can use the FP File Upload component. This will allow your user to upload files (under 1 MB) to
a folder within your web site. If you want folks to attach files to an email to you, then you will
need to create mailto hyperlink so that the user email application is launched where they can then
attach a file to you.
