I am new to this so would appreciate if someone is able
to answer my question, if they would answer via e-mail.
My question is: If you want to receive faxes during the
day but you are not in, what do you have to do, to ensure
that your faxes are received? Do you have to leave your
PC on all day, do you minimize the fax console to the
task bar & do something special? What exactly do you
have to do to ensure that you receive the faxes? I have
configured the fax console to answer automatically after
6 rings but when I tested it with the computer off I
never received the fax but received it when the computer
was on. I don't want to have to leave the computer on
all day so am looking to see if there is a better way. I
