can anyone tell me if it possible to receive a fax to my
computer and how i can retieve it an where the sender can
send it to? a am currently using adelphia broadband

No it is not - unless you have an analogue modem in there as well. Please
search the group before posting - you'd have found your answer. Faxing
requires phone lines - DSL doesn't use phone lines in the traditional sense.
In order to send/receive faxes you must have a correctly configured analogue
modem.
