receiving faxes

How can I receive faxes I can send but not receive I
always get he message that the fax failed, I've been over
the steps several times but we can't seem to receive them
the phone rings on the amount of times that we have it
set the screens shows up but we still can't receive
faxes. Can someone help me please.
 
I am getting the same problem. When attempting to receive
fax the following message occurs: "An attempt to receive a
fax has failed". Then another message will pop up telling
me "An error occurred while receiving the fax". Any ideas
how to correct this problem? I can send, but not receive
a fax. Thanks.
