receiving fax problem

When receiving a fax with more than one page, the inbox states the number of pages and says, "SUCESS", but I only receive page one.
what can I do to fix it? My question is not covered in the "fax help".
 
The Windows Picture and Fax viewer only displays one page at a time. Click
on the arrow on the Toolbar to view subsequent pages.
