receiving error message 0x8004011D when through a vpn - server not

Can connect ok to my workplace vpn system files etc. but cannot connect to
Exchange Server through this connection. Using MS Office Outlook 2003.
Any suggestions please?
 
I also receiving this msg. did you get the problem fixed?

Can you share the fix or work around with me?
