Hello,
If you are checking your e-mail from 2 different programs, and some mail
arrives in one app, and some in another, then you need to make sure the
option for "leave a copy of messages on server" is selected. In your case,
to ensure that the final resting place for your e-mails is Outlook Express,
set the "leave a copy of messages on server" option in Outlook. However,
if you check your mail from Outlook Express first, Outlook will not get any
mail. Having this option selected on both applications is also bad because
your mailbox will never have any items removed from it. Be sure to
download the messages from the server in one app or the other. You could
also choose the option for "Remove from server after X Days" This will
leave the mail on the server, and then remove it, hopefully after you have
downlaoded it where you wanted it.
