receiving emails to multiple computers

This may be a silly question but i just got a laptop and
have hooked it up to a home/office network. If I have the
laptop and desktop computer hooked up to the same access
point router and have both turned on, will i receive the
same incoming emails on both computer?

yes if you set Outlook to keep a copy of the message on the server in both
cases.
 
is there a special setting i need to change on Outlook
other than just having both computers turned on?
