Receiving emails in outlook Express

Hi all.

Can some1 please help me. In Outlook express 6 i have set it all up and can send emails but i CANT receive them. Any ideas gratefully receieved!
 
Go in to the setting of your mail account. Tools / accounts / select mail
tab / then your account and select properties. Under SMTP make sure you have
your info in there. SMTP.ISPNAME.COM or NET.
