receiving email

Can you offer any information that's more specific to help us troubleshoot
please?
1) Version of Outlook
2) Environment (POP3, Exchange, etc.)
3) Any error messages? Any non delivery reports with error numbers?
4) What happens when you email your sister?

Sorry, incorrect posting...I meant to ask what happens when your sister
emails you? Does she receive any errors, etc.?

yes, she get a read error 4514.4.1

Has this always been the case with her emails to you? The error points to an
intermittent problem, that the email server hasn't responded. That's not
usually permanent. Has she contacted her ISP?

This is something new! She is able to send them to her other contacts but
not to me all the sudden.
