I have set up an email account but cannot receive email
through Outlook 2002. I am running XP and as well have
Outlook Express installed. I can however get this email
using Outlook Express but not Outlook. I have set up
Outlook to be the default mail client in my Internet
Options window, but still nothing. Do I have to disable
Outlook Express in ordre to use Outlook? Or What? Please
advise, thanks.

You can't have two programs pointed at the same account and have them both get the same mail unless you have set them up to leave message on the server.

.
I have since deleted the email account on Express and
still cannot receive email in Outlook 2002. As well I set
up a new profile as instructed by Microsoft tech support
and still nothing. When setting up the new profile I ran
all of the embedded tests as well as the test message
function, and everything showed that things were
completed. Still nothing, please help, this is a business
email and I haven't been able to get any of the mail. Now
I have again tried to reset up Express and now that is
not working, please help. Thank you.

What happens when you try to receive mail? Any error messages?
