I am running XP Home Edition. I use Incredimail and Outlook(along with the Incredimail Plug-ins for Outlook) On last evening I downloaded the new Sp3 update for Office products (I have Office XP for students and teachers), and when I open Outlook, after clicking to open an email, I receive the error message, "A program is trying to access email addresses stored in Outlook, do you want to allow access?" I ran a complete scan of my pc with the most updated version of McAfee and found a few trojan viruses, in which McAfee was able to clean, but the same message appeared again, even after the scan. Is there some other part of the update trying to access the email addresses (weird), or can this be a virus that can't be detected by McAfee? Can this be something legitimate? Please help...Thanks, Bobby

Outlook 2002 SP3 adds additional properties to the list of those that are
affected by the security features. As a result, one of your add-ins needs
updated to the latest version - antispam add-ins are a common cause
although others are affected by the changes as well. Many add-ins were
updated following the release of Outlook 2003 and should work with SP3, if
not you'll need to contact the vendor for a newer version.

To learn how to program around the new properties (which is needed for the
macros to work with OL2003 too) see http://www.outlookcode.com/d/sec.htm

IHateSpam released an update by 6PM Thursday - look for links on their
support page. Cloudmark is working on an update - Norton will have an update
available soon too. Newsgator has an update ready....

IncrediMail has released a solution for the SP3 problem in their
add-on.
The new build 1431 can be downloaded here:
